Here is the list of the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) we have encountered during our interactions with players. This list will be updated frequently.
Q: What is Blue Comet exactly?
A: Blue Comet is a platform developed by our Studio, which links all our games and allows people from all devices to play together.
Q: What devices are currently supported by Blue Comet games?
A: Our games are available on iOS (iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad), Android (Google Play Store), Amazon Kindle Fire and Windows Phone 8.
Q: Can I play Blue Comet games on my Windows Phone?
A: Dragon Lords has been released recently on Windows Phone 8 platform. Xeno Wars and Heroes of Deneos will follow shortly.
We will not be supporting older versions of Windows Phone.
Q: Do you have plans to release your games on BlackBerry?
A: We currently have no such plans.
Q: Is it possible to play your games on a computer?
A: Currently the only way to play our games on a computer is through Android Simulator (BlueStacks), however this solution is not supported and we will not be able to help players to get it working.
Q: How do I use the same Blue Comet account in all your games?
A: When you install any of our games, on the welcome screen you will have two options, to create a new account (Start) and use existing account (Login). After pressing Login you will be able to access your account using your email and password.
