I'm a BIG fan of Lord Of The Rings. :) Since the moment I have read the book for the first time, close to 30 years ago, I've considered it one of my favorite (if not THE favorite) books. It did influence Dragon Lords in a way that it hooked me on fantasy genre in general, I didn't intentionally use any parts of the LOTR world in DL2. As for the trailer, I tend to use LOTR names in every game I play. :-) Gondor was the name of the kingdom I used to test since before the game was released, it was Admin's alter-ego, hence the "Gondor's Gift" promotion. ;-)

There will be a cap on members of in one alliance, we want to test a lot of things which involve a number of alliances (matchmaking algorithm being the top priority), so we intend to have a 4 or maybe even 3 member limit. We have not decided yet.

Psychojester404, we will make another post on the blog soon! :-)

You mean download size?

Possibly.
Probably.

This is a work-in-progress version, without optimization, with lots of modules we got from Unity Asset store, of which some I'm certain can be removed. We'll do the final sweep before the release.
